Job Problem – Send photos and written description of job problem (photos of exposed backing to which tile is adhered as well as type of substrate, i.e. wood, backer unit type, concrete and photo of backs of tile (s) recommended). We will offer written opinion as to problem and make recommendation for repair. You will receive a written cost sheet before opinion is submitted.
