Send photos and written description of job problem (photos of exposed backing to which tile is adhered as well as type of substrate, i.e. wood, backer unit type, concrete and photo of backs of tile (s) recommended).

We will offer written opinion as to problem and make recommendation for repair.

Job Monitoring

Pre job phone conference with installer, owner, architect, general contractor etc.

Material and Specifications checklist and requirement of photo log by tile contractor showing compliance will be submitted in a timely manner depending on project size.
